Digital systems
We set up SharePoint and Microsoft 365, connect the systems you already run and build bespoke software where nothing off the shelf fits. The aim is to replace workarounds, like the shared tracker only one person understands, with something the whole team can see.
How we decide what to build
We start with the decisions, hand-offs and records the process needs. Only then do we choose between configuring Microsoft 365, connecting two systems or building a bespoke application. The aim is fewer tools and one place to find things.
- 01 SharePoint site and library structure
- 02 Forms, approvals and notifications
- 03 Integration between systems
- 04 Bespoke web applications
Guidance and training are part of the build
A system that works technically still fails if nobody knows what it is for or how to change it. We write the guidance and name who looks after each part as we build.
We introduce changes with the people who use them, test them against real jobs and adjust them before the old way is switched off.
